College Prof Fitness Story

From a reader of Fat Dad, Fit Dad…

When I trained for the mini-marathon, I walked/jogged on the treadmill 2 miles/day (I used light dumbbells during the walk portion). I ate every 3-4 hours (about 250-300 calorie portions) and I ALWAYS matched a protein/carb when I ate.

I didn’t give up much, except NO cheese. I even drank one soda/day at lunch. My sugar levels stayed constant, never craved carbs/sweets, and felt the best that I have EVER felt!!
