Here’s a great article that might help you jump start your exercise routine.
I read an article in the paper today that talked about the dangers of obesity. They are numerous:
- heart disease
– joint pain
– high blood pressure
– high cholesterol
– sleep apnea
– at risk for asthma
– at risk for developing cancers of the colon, breast, prostate, uterus, and others (just spotting rumors is more difficult in an obese person)
Only 12% of parents think their child is overweight when studies show that over 30% of children and teens are overweight or obese in the US.
It is never too late to start to make a change. I’m 53, and I’m doing it. You can, too!
